Philip first studied aerospace engineering before beginning his career in the hospitality industry. With a degree from the Les Roches International School of Hotel Management, he spent years as Revenue Director at Kempinski before founding Hotellistat with Sina Niedermaier and Tobias Haase. Since 2016, he has developed advanced revenue solutions and reshaped hotel revenue management with his unwavering passion and expert knowledge.

As Kempinski’s Regional Director of Revenue, Sina was responsible for the strategic positioning of hotels worldwide. During her studies at the Hotel Management School Heidelberg and her MBA at NEOMA Business School, she developed a passion for optimizing hotel operations. When not actively advising our partners as a revenue expert, Sina is responsible for sales, marketing, and business consulting at Hotellistat.

Tobias is a software development and SEO/SEA analytics talent with a degree in computer science. He gained professional experience at companies like Opitz Consulting, formerly known as One Advertising, and diva-e. As CTO, Tobias ensures you have a top-notch experience with Hotellistat.

Since completing her Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hotel, and Event Management at Fresenius University of Applied Sciences, she has been supporting Julia in Sales & Marketing. Besides her work for Hotellistat, she is pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing and Communication at the FOM and is exploring her new hometown Munich. You can meet her traveling, hiking or skiing in the Alps, or cooking with friends.

Emilia completed her Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management at Munich University of Applied Sciences and is now working on her Master's degree in Hospitality Management there. In her Bachelor's thesis, she dealt with the integration possibilities of AI in the luxury hotel industry. Emilia is interested in travelling, spending time in nature, and vintage fashion.

In his impressive career in the hotel industry, Matthias has worked in various departments at Marriott, 25hours Hotels, Penta, and Ruby Hotels. As Director of Product and Integration at Hotellistat, he is responsible for the strategic development of the all-in-one revenue, market, and business intelligence solution. He has been a member of the HSMA Revenue Management Circle for several years. In his free time, he's a dedicated dad and avid cyclist.

With a passion for the digitalization of the hospitality industry, Jakob completed his training at the Kempinski Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten and studied tourism management at Hochschule München. His favorite activities include tennis, cooking, and hiking. At Hotellistat, he is your contact for all concerns and wishes.

Since working for Kempinski, she has been passionate about revenue management and IT. For more than 8 years she successfully worked in sales and account management at Expedia Group in Munich before she joined Hotellistat. At Hotellistat Victoria is responsible for the support of our partners.

Ron has worked in the hotel industry for more than 18 years, including 13 years in revenue management before joining Hotellistat. He has a keen interest in IT and technical development and finds a way to combine this experience with passion at Hotellistat.

Hannah completed her Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hotel and Event Management at the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Wiesbaden and now supports the sales team. She loves discovering new cultures and hospitality around the globe. Her curiosity drives her to research trends in the hospitality industry and put creative ideas into practice. In her free time, she enjoys sports, exploring new restaurants and food trends or planning her next travel adventure.

Meenu studied tourism, hotel and event management and then gained many years of experience at the ExpediaGroup. Now she supports the Hotellistat team as Sales Manager and is looking forward to contributing and further expanding her knowledge of the hotel industry in the DACH region. She enjoys working with people and is a real team player. In her spare time, Meenu volunteers and loves trying out new restaurants to make culinary discoveries.

Daniel earned his computer science degree from LMU Munich and swiftly became an invaluable asset to the Hotellistat team, where he has been making significant contributions for 6 fruitful years. His journey into programming began in his childhood, and over the years he has honed his skills to perfection. At heart, he is a visionary system architect and designer who always yearns to develop innovative solutions.

As Senior Developer and Team Lead, Hedayat is an integral part of the Hotellistat team. He brings out the best in everyone with his humorous and motivating manner. After work, he plays one of his many instruments. He has previously worked at Jolocom and INTERNETONE AG.

Besides being a developer, he is studying computer science at the TU Munich in the master's program and is an author for short stories. Previously, Abdu gained valuable experience as a full-stack developer for Flint.gg.

Francisco is joining Hotellistat from Madeira. He is not only a Data Scientist and Machine Learning specialist but also a professional basketball player, who is fluent in Portuguese, English, Italian, and Spanish. In his professional career, he has gained experience at The Tomorrow Company and MF Fitness.

Full-stack developer, Student of Computer Science at IU - International University of Applied Sciences, formerly on Arcelormittal as a software engineer.

Besides being a full-stack developer, he is studying psychology at the Tilburg University in the Netherlands. Many years ago, he taught himself how to program. Today, he spends his free time traveling and cooking.

She is a computer science engineering graduate from Anna University and has been working in the IT industry for over 12 years now. Her previous role was Cloud Solutions Architect and her passion is art.

He recently graduated with a Master's degree from TU Munich and boasts an impressive four-year track record of contributing to cutting-edge machine-learning projects. Youssef developed and managed data acquisition scripts at TWAICE and worked for companies like flint.gg, ryd and the University of Stuttgart.

Raised on the streets of Portugal, this Podengo lady provides some entertainment in the office. Crawling, walks and throwing balls are part of the daily tasks of all team members. Fritzi has Hotellistat firmly in his paw!
